摘要
选用针刺疗法治疗尿失禁,取得较好效果。取穴:中极、关元、三阴交。配穴:肾俞、膀胱俞、足三里、大敦。各穴中等刺激,补法为主。结果,本组58例,痊愈36例,占62%;显效11例,占19%;好转8例,占14%;无效3例,占5%。
The authors employed acupuncture to treat incon-tinence of urine and obtained fairly good effects.Zhongji(RN3),Guanyuan(RN4)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)were prescribed as primary points,while Shenshu(BL23),Pangguangshu(BL28),Zusanli(ST36)andDadun(LV1)were selected as supplementary points.Moderate stimulation was provided to all the pointsand reinforcing technique was mainly performed.Theresults showed that 36 cases were cured(62%),11markedly effective(19%),8 improved(14%),and3 unchanged(5%).
