摘要
在根瘤菌接种和施氮胁迫下,应用综合等级指数对田间种植的东北40个大豆品种(系)固氮能力进行了评价。高N(80kg)/ha)抑制大豆结瘤固氮;低N(40kg/ha)接种产量最高。评价了对氮反应为耐氮和氮敏感的大豆种质和对接种反应亲合力高、低的大豆种质。
Nitrogen fixation abilities of 40 soybean varieties from northeastern china grown in field were evaluated by using composite grade index under inoculation and applying nitrogen fertilizer conditions,The results indicated that the high rate of nitrogen fertilizer(80kg/ha)inhibited nodulation and N-fixation in soybeans,Both low N(40kg/ha)and inoculation got the highest grain yield.Meanwhile,the response of soybean germplasm resources including N-tolerant and N-sensitive and the interaction between inoculation and varieties were also evaluated.
