摘要
简要总结了大连民族学院近几年人事调配工作在调整教师队伍结构方面所起的作用,并着重讨论了新形势下学院加快调整教师队伍结构的几个相关问题 .我院是一所新建院校,教师队伍起点新,可塑性强 .人事调配工作就要根据这一特点,在有针对性地加强招收应届毕业生工作的同时,有计划地按梯队引进高层次人才,以适应新形势下学院教学和科研工作的需要,为建设国内一流的民族高校尽早奠定良好的人才与智力基础 .
This paper briefly states the function the transfer and recruitment of personnel has played in improving the teaching body structure of our university in recent years and discusses several problems relating to the quick improvement of teaching body structures in the future. Dalian Nationalities University, established not long, has a new starting point and therefore a strong flexibility in its teaching body. As a part of the reform of the university, personnel regulation should enhance the recruitment of graduates, and at the same time attract high level experts and scholars so as to establish a body suitable for both teaching and research work at the university, to lay a good foundation for being a first rate nationalities university as early as possible.
