摘要
合金型pH传感针是一种新型的pH传感器。它与玻璃pH电极比较,具有体积小、强度高、响应快以及选择性、稳定性、重现性好等优点。其线性工作范围为pH4.00—10.00。本传感器不仅能准确测定一般溶液的pH值,也能实现对体积仅1～2υl的微量溶液的检测,更重要的是这种针形金属pH电极能插入人体及其它生物体内,进行在体pH值的监测,其应用范围极其广泛。
Alloyed pH needle electrode is a new kind of sensor. Compared with common glass pH electrode, it has advantages such as small size, high intensity, fast responding, high selectivity and repeatability. Its linearity range is 4. 00-10. 00 pH value. Our sensor not only can examine common solution, but also microsolution, the least volume can be 1-2μl. The most important feature of the electrode is that it can insert into organism, so detection in vivo is capable, and wide use is causable.
