摘要
通过体外模拟和动物实验证实,同体积的双囊式主动脉内气囊(DIAB)较单囊式的气囊(SIAB)在反搏时冠脉血流量提高30%,明显地改善了血流动力学参数,从而进一步提高了反搏效果。其结果与计算机的仿真优化相吻合,进而验证了仿真优化的理论与结果。
In vitro and animal experiments showed that the double intra aortic balloon(DIAB)pumping can provide 30% greater blood flow to the coronary artaries than does a single intra aortic balloon (SIAB) pumping of the same volume during counterpulsation. It significantly improves the hemodynamic parameters so as to raise the efficiency of the counterpulsation. The results are consistent with computer studies.
