摘要
应用SDS-PAGE,Western blotting技术。对人类白细胞介素2基因的重组于pRET-90在大肠菌中的表达进行了分析。结果表明,pRET-90转化株不仅有IL-2的表达,而且表达量占菌体总量蛋白的30%左右,大肠茵表达的重组IL-2蛋白具有与抗人IL-2抗体结合的活性,说明pRET-90质粒是一个高效表达的质粒。
By using SDS-PAGE and Western blotting technique, the expression of recombinant IL-2 plasmid pRET-90 was analysed. The results showed that pRET-90 not only expressed IL-2 but also expressed highly and that the recombinant IL-2 protein expressed in E. coli had the activity to bind to the anti-human IL-2 antibody showing the recombinant IL-2 plasmid pRET-90 in a highly expressed plasmid.
