摘要
采用手术切除人胰腺癌标本进行裸鼠皮下移植,建立了人胰晾癌裸鼠移植瘤系JF305,该瘤系具有移植成功率高、生长速度快的特点。其组织学和生物学研完基本保持了较好的稳定性。染色体分析以超二倍体为主,核型显示为人类染色体核型。因此,JF305是胰腺癌定位诊断和导向治疗研究的较好实验模型系统。
A model of transplantable human pancreatic carcinoma in BALB/c nu/nu mice (JF305) was established. The tumor was obtained from a primary pancreatic carcinoma and has been maintained for 19 passages in 22 months. Morphological study showed that JF305 retained the original structure of human tumor. It has the features of high rate of success, and rapid growing. Chromosomal analysis of the tumor cells exhibited human origin with a hyperdiploid model.It seems that JF 305 can serve as a experimental model for the location diagnosis and target treatment of pancreatic carcinoma.
