摘要
本实验比较观察了眼肌、口肌的EEMG。结果:眼肌EEMG的闽值比口肌EEMG的阀值恢复速度慢。说明眼肌支配神经比口肌支配神经受损伤程度重。眼肌、口肌间受损伤程度差异的现象,支持了面肌功能“部分评价系统”的合理性。
Atransient palsy of the infrastapedial lesion of the facial noire was made by clumping the nerve of guinea piqs, for 5 secs. Electro-myographic responses of both the orbicularis oculi and oris muscles evoked by direct electr ical stimulation at the suprastalpedial portion were recorded simultaneously. The clump was given by a microsurgical needle holder. Duration of the conduction block in the two muscles were measured using the threshold of the responses of boeh muscles. In 13 animals a longer conduction block was noted in the orbicularis oculi muscle compared with the orbicularis oris muscle. In 2 animals, conduction block released simultaneously in the two muscles and no paiay of both muscles was observed in 1 animal. This experimental study supported the result of the clinical investigation that the orbiculris oculi muscle branch of the intratempotral facial nerve is more vlnetable than the orbicularis oris muscle branch.
