不同加工方法对杭白菊质量的影响

摘要 本文研究了不同加工方法对杭白菊外观色泽及有效成分的影响。结果表明,从外观色泽及水溶性浸出物比较,传统的蒸晒法最好;以氨基氮、挥发油及木犀草素含量比较,则生晒法>阴干法>蒸晒法。蒸晒法对药用指标成分挥发油和木犀草素含量损失很大,仅为生晒法的45%和65.7%。 The effect of different processing meth-ods(steam flower; dry in the shade; dry in thesun)on the surface characteristics and activeconstituents of Hangju flower was studied.The results showed that the traditionalmethod of steam flower is the best in the outercolour, lustre and the contents of active con-stituents of Hangju. But, the method of dry inthe sun is better than the other methods in theconstituents of amino nitrogen, essential oilsand luteolin. The traditional method of steamflower caused great damage to the contents ofessential oils and luteolin, only 45% and65.7% respectively as compared with themethod of dry in the sun.
