摘要
课堂教学中的体罚、心理惩罚和不公平问题是近年来常见的课堂违法现象。只有强化角色意识,规范教学行为,更新管 理观念,实行制度创新,加大立法力度,坚持依法治教,才能预防或减少课堂教学中的违法现象发生。
Physical and mental punishments in the classroom are common occurrences against the law. An effective way to prevent them from happening is to raise the awareness of civilized education and take legal measures in educational manage-
ment .
