摘要
佛氏窦瘤破裂(RASV)是一种较少见的心脏病,自1982年5月至1991年6月,我院共手术治疗18例,效果满意。
Ruptured aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva (RASV) is a relatively uncommon cardiac disease. From May 1982 to June 1991, 18 patients (14 males and 4 females, Aged 12 to 49 yrs. with an average of 27.5) underwent surgical treatment in this hospital. 5 patients had an abrupt while the others had an insidious onset of symptoms. 9 patients had mild to severe right heart failure on admission. 16 cases had aneurysm of the right coronary sinus and 2 of the noncoronary sinus. The aneurysms ruptured into the right ventricle in 13 cases, into the right atrium in 5. Associated congenital cardiac anomalies included ventricular septal defect in 12 cases, mild to severe aortic insufficiency in 7, severe functional tricuspid insufficiency in 3, infundibular pulmonic stenosis in 2 and patent foramen ovale in 1. Operations were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass and moderate hypothermia. Cold cardioplegia and intrapericardial ice bags were used for myocardial protection. The repair achieved through right ventricular incision in 6 cases, right atrial in 5, aortic together with right ventricular in 7. The associated anomalies were simultaneously corrected. There were no early and late postoperative death. Follow-up of 6 months to 9 years showed excellent surgical results. RASV should he repaired as soon as the diagnosis is made.
