摘要
射频消融8只犬心室肌,病理损伤为类圆形均匀的凝固性坏死,边界清晰,损伤范围与所用能量不相关。术中无严重并发症。
The effects of catheter ablation of left and right ventricular myocardium in 8 closed-chest dogs with radiofrequeney (RF) energy were studied. Unipolar RF energy of 15 watts was delivered for 10～30 seconds between the distal electrode of catheter placed in the right or left ventricular myocardium and a chest patch electrode. Lesions in the ablated myocardium were spherical or oval in shape with homogeneous and well-demarcated coagulation necrosis. The size of lesions(3～48 mm^2 in area and 2～3 mm in depth) showed no correlation with the RF energy. No serious complications occurred except occassional premature ventricular complexes during and after ablation.
