摘要
信用政府具有承诺兑现、服务高效、廉洁自律的职能特征。信用政府的实现需要处理好既定成就与既得利益的关系,协调公共权力、党权以及公共利益,不断强化对法人和自然人的权力、判断力、决断力的尊重,通过公共管理的规范和实践,打造信用政府,实现信用政府目标,取信于民众、取信于社会。
A credit government is provided with functional character of carrying out promise, offering effective service, autonomic incorruption. To realize credit government need square away the relation between vested attainment and vested interests, take order with public authority and party power, think highly of potency, judgment and decision of legal person and natural person. In the long run, credit government established in normal public management shall undoubtedly enjoy demotic and social confidence.
