摘要
当代我国公共行政改革的实践表明,行政改革要想取得关键性突破,必须寻求新的改革思路;CS战略管理作为现代企业管理中一种成功的管理模式,符合新公共管理理论和我国公共行政的本质要求,可以成为公共行政改革的一种新思路。为此,政府管理中要有导入CS战略管理模式的对策设计。
The practice of public administration reform in contemporary China indicates that we have to find new reform approaches to achieve key breakthrough. CS strategy management, a kind of successful management model in modern business in line with the essence of new public management and public administration in China, is feasible to act as a new kind of thinking about public administration reform in China.
