摘要
综述了大环内酯类抗生素在生物合成、化学合成、结构修饰、构效关系、耐药机制、药物相互作用及新用途等方面的研究进展,介绍了新上市的品种,以及具有新生理活性的新大环内酯类抗生素。
The research progress of macrolide antibiotics in the biosynthesis,chemical synthesis,chemical modification,structure-activity relationship,resistancemechanism,interaction between drugs and clinical application were reviewed.It alsointroduces new marketing products and the new macrolide antibiotics with new physio-logical activities.
