不动杆菌对理化因子耐受性的研究

摘要 以医院感染病人分离的94株不动杆菌进行对理化因子敏感性的测定。其中,28株(29.8%)可在4℃生长。65℃湿热和紫外线分别需作用50分钟才能杀灭全部所试菌株。2%过氧化氢、2%来苏儿、1%戊二醛和0.1%新洁尔灭作用15~20分钟可杀该菌,但75%乙醇作用20分钟仍无消毒作用。 The resistance of 94 strains of Acinetobacter isolated from patients with nosocomial infections to physical and chemical factors was tested. Of the 94 strains of Acinetobacter, 28 strains (29.8%) could grow and multiply at 4℃. Under such temperature condition, the period from second to fourth days was the logarithmic growth phase and the growth tendency still did not decrease on seventh day. Ultraviolet irradiation (70 μW/cm^2) or exposure to 65℃ for 50 min could kill all the 94 strains of Acinetobacter. The critical bactericidal concentration for killing Acinetobacter in 10 min was 2% for glutaraldehyde, 8% for lysol and 10% for hydrogen peroxide. 75% ethanol could not kill Acinetobacter.
