摘要
目前国有企业青年科技人员工作既存在队伍稳定、企业要求更高、青年有事业追求等确定性因素,也存在管理有弊端、沟通有欠缺、投入有削弱等不确定因素。团组织必须强化服务意识,加强思想政治工作,解决热点难点问题,帮助青年科技人员参与企业科技进步与管理,打造以“青年创新创效活动”为核心的团内“品牌项目”。
Presently,there are both advantages and difficulties in the work among young scientific and technical personnel in State- owned enterprises.In light of these factors,the League organization need to enhance its service awareness,strengthen its ideological and political work,solve hot and difficult issues,and help young scientific and technical personnel participate in the enterprise's scientific and technological progress and management reform in a bid to create the League's “ brand- name project” centred on the activity of “ working for more and better results through innovation” .
