摘要 Colors in a painting are not in question in oil-painting, print, watercolor, and tempera. However, discussions on colors in Chinese painting have been continuing from Tang Dynasty The main reason lies in that our ancestral painters emphasized too much brushand-ink (bimo), which showed self-enclosed aesthetics and relative culture. Nowadays that we extend colors in Chinese painting is to establish a multicultural mode. Colors in a painting are not in question in oil-painting, print, watercolor, and tempera.
