摘要
用显微吸收光度计扫描法测定500个Feulgen染色的睾丸生精上皮细胞核DNA相对含量,数据经计算机处理后表明所测各倍体细胞的DNA含量比和它们实际含量比相符合。如采用内插生物标准来进行显微吸收光度法测试细胞核DNA相对含量,可成为一种方便有效的细胞分析技术。文中讨论了扫描法测量时影响测量值的一些因素。
The authors measured DNA relative content of Feulgen strining nuclei of 500 testis spermatogenic epithelal cells by scanning method with microspectrophotometer. The data processed by computer showed that the rate of various ploidy cells correspond to their real content rate. If internal biological standard is used to measure the cell nuclei relative content by microabsorptiometry, it could be a convenient and efficient cell analytical technique. Some factors which affect the measured data in scanning measurement were discussed.
