摘要
综述了中国铁路在新的发展时期所面临的主要环境保护问题。包括列车运行噪声、电磁干扰、铁路沿线污染带、与城市规划的衔接、山区铁路产生的水土流失等生态环境失调等内容。提出了环境对铁路技术的要求及加强环境保护的具体措施。
The author states main problems facing Chinese railways concerning enviromnental protection during new developing period, such as the noise caused by train operation, electromagnetic interruption, pollution along railways the way of matching between city planning and railway expanding, etc. It also contains the inbalance of ecological environmental protection relating the loss of water and erosion of soil on plateau railway. In addition, some requirements of railway technology by environment and concrete steps for strengthening environmental protection are put forward.
