摘要
在评述“七五”铁路信号设备雷害事故的基础上,指出信号设备的雷电防护仍然是铁路行车指挥设备中的突出薄弱环节和信号雷电防护工作中存在的两个不适应及两个脱节,并提出了“八五”信号雷电防护对策的四点建议。
After a review of accidents caused by thunder struck to railway signaling installations during the Seventh-Five Year Plan period, the author points out that in railway operation control equipment, protection of signalling installations against thunders is an extremely weak link. Also presented in this paper are the problems existing in protection of signalling equipment against thunders, together with four suggestions in this field for the Eighth Five Year Plan period.
