摘要
自我国实行大学生国家助学贷款及信用贷款以来,关于大学生的信用问题、偿债能力的研讨以及案例时有发生。本文认为,只有从理论上弄清大学生信用贷款“何以可能”、“能否可能”的问题,才能真正解决大学生信用贷款“如何可能”,从而为国家助学贷款的发放及顺利回收打下良好的基础。
Credit loaning for college students has been an issue of argument since the practice began at colleges and universities.The author of this paper thinks we can find out the solution to the problems with a thorough knowledge of the students' credit and their ability of returning the loans.
