摘要
绿色GDP核算是1993年联合国经济和社会事务部统计处在修订《国民经济核算体系》时,根据社会经济可持续发展理论提出的新的统计核算概念。目前我国对这一问题尚处在理论探讨阶段。本文对绿色GDP的概念和核算方法以及自然资源向经济资产转移的途径进行了探讨。
The measurement of Green GDP, a new statistics concept, is proposed at the revision of the SNA by the Dept. of statistics, Societal and Economic Ministry of UN, which is based on the theory of sustainable development of the society and economy in 1993. But it is currently still at the step of theory research in China. In this article, the author makes an instructive research on the concept and accounting of Green GDP, as well as issues about the measurement of transformation from natural resources to economic assets.
