摘要
随着金融全球化的不断深化和我国金融业的进一步对外开放,金融监管的重要性日益增强,金融监管的难度也进一步加大。但是由于历史原因以及我国金融业本身的局限性,我国金融监管存在许多问题。本文着重从监管目标、监管体制和监管内容方式等多个方面,对我国原有金融监管中存在的问题进行评述,并提出相应的改进建议。
With the deepening financial globalization and the further opening-up of China's financial industry, the importance and difficulties of financial supervision are increasing. However, due to historical reasons and the limitations of China's financial industry, financial supervision still faces some deficiencies. From such aspects as the supervision objective, framework, content and pattern, this paper analyzes the problems in China's financial supervision and suggests some remedies.
