摘要
针对连轧机组减速机在检修后开始工作中 ,产生较大振动这一异常现象进行了诊断与分析 ,从而找出了产生这一故障的原因 ,更换故障件后得到证实 。
In the operation beginning of the tandem rolling mill reduction gears being overhauled,the magnitude of the vibration is too large.This paper introduces a method of the vibration diagnosis of the reduction gears and explains the fault cause.It is proved that the conclusion is correct when the failure parts are replaced.
