摘要
在遮荫的弱光条件下 ,棉花叶片厚度变薄 ,同化组织细胞数目减少 ,细胞间隙增大。栅栏细胞变短排列疏松 ,其中叶绿体数目减少 ,但叶绿体中基粒片层数较多。茎中维管组织发育差 ,维管束数目少且维管束较小 ,韧皮部和木质部面积小 ,髓组织相应增大。
Light-electron microscope was used to relate microstructure and ultrastructure effects of shading on cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L)leaves and stemsLight microscope revealed that leaves in the shade were thin with loosely packed palisade mesophyll cells and fewer of spongy mesophyll cells,and was largely composed of internal air space In contrast leaves in the sun were thicker,had a well-defined internal organization with elongated palisade mesophyll cells and much of spongy mesophyll cellsUnder electron microscope it was observed that in shading the number of grana lamella were increased but the total number of grana were reduced The stems of the shaded cotton seedlings developed the poor tissue structure,and contained smaller and fewer vascular bundles ,the area of phloem and xylem on the cross section were smaller than that of the controlCotton seedlings growing in shade result in a tendency of turning to a shade type
