摘要
从资产经营的本质出发 ,研究资产经营的内涵、功能 ,并结合国有企业改革发展方向 ,探讨国有企业加大资产经营力度的现实意义 ,提出实现资产经营的有效方式和途径 ,以及开展资产经营需要注意的几个问题 .
Starting from the essence of capital prosecution,the connotation and function of capital prosecution is studied in this paper.Combining the developing direction of national enterprises,the realistic significance for national enterprises to increase the capital prosecution management strength is discussed,the efficient manner and approach of realizing capital prosecution is proposed and the several issues for the capital prosecution development is observed.
