摘要
尺寸标注间干涉是参数化设计中普遍存在且较难解决的问题 .首先提出了可标域、环境宽松度、干涉距、状态向量以及干涉偶集等概念 ,然后将非关联尺寸间干涉处理问题转化为干涉偶集中所有尺寸状态向量的转换问题 ,在此基础上 ,依据状态转换策略实现了非关联尺寸间干涉的自适应处理 .
The frequently encountered problem of dimensional interference has led to inefficient parametric design. This paper puts forward a new method to solve the problem of irrelevant dimensional interference. The area around the dimensional interference is first divided into several fields, with each field assigned a code to indicate the interference status of dimensions, so that some interfering dimensions form an interference status set. Then, the environmental margin of a dimensional interference field can be determined by comparing its code, and seemed as an important factor for deciding which dimension is easier to move. Finally, with the use of the strategy of status alternation, the dimension with biggest environmental margin is rotated or its text is moved automatically. The results obtained by implementation of the above new method suggest that this processing method has bright prospects.
