摘要
经磁处理的番茄 (Lycopersiconesculeutummill)幼苗苹果酸脱氢酶 (malatedehydrogenase ,MDH)活性增高 ,同工酶谱发生变化 ,出现新谱带。加放线菌素D(actinomycinD ,AMD)后磁处理同工酶带中的新带消失 ,表明磁处理可能改变了基因表达的调控。而加AMD的磁处理组酶活仍高于相应的对照组 。
The tomato seedlings was treated in the magnetic field or the magnetized water of which the magnetic intensity is 0.10 T, 0.14 T and 0.18 T respectively. The samples are collected randomly at the cotyledon and euphylla stage seeding respectively for testing. The activity of MDH was analyzed by means of Ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and meanwhile the MDH isoenzyme spectrum were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoreses method. The results show that the activity of MDH has increased in the tomato through the mahnetic treatment, isoenzyme spectra were varied and new spectral bands were appeared. When AMD was added into the tomato seeding in the control group which magnetic treatment was adopted, the new isoenzyme bands disappeared. It suggested that the magnetic treatment possibly affect the gene expression. However, the MDH activity in the control group were still much more than that in the corresponding ones.
