摘要
运用系统工程原理和方法 ,以最佳经济效益和社会效益为目标 ,考虑整个梯级统一发电、航运等综合利用要求 ,建立了梯级电站自迭代模拟调度模型 .模型采用汉江上游各个控制水文站1 975年 6月~ 1 998年 6月共 2 3a径流资料 ,逐日调节计算了梯级电站在不同运行方式下的发电、航运效益 ,通过对比分析得到了梯级电站群电航结合的运行方式 ,协调了航运和发电间的矛盾 。
In this paper,taking the economic benefit and society benefit as the object,considering generating electricity,shipping and the other synthetical demand of the whole cascades all together,simulation operation model about cascade hydro reservoirs is set up according to systematic engineering principle and means,and adopts 23 year runoff data of the upper reach stage stations to calculate generate electricity and ship benefit of hydro reservoirs at different operation fashion,and then gets optimum operation fashion of hydro reservoirs and coordinates the contradiction between shipping and electricity generation.The results offer scientific reference for the operation and exploitation of hydro reservoirs.
