摘要
作者对两年多来收治的106例脑、脊髓AVMs、动脉瘤和供血丰富的头、颈、颌面部肿瘤,采用不同的血管内栓塞技术和栓塞材料,进行了153例次的栓塞治疗,取得了满意的效果。治疗结果表明,不同的病变宜采用相应的栓塞技术,有利于提高血管内栓塞治疗成功率。
One hundred and six patients with vascular lesions including intracranial arteriovenous malformations (AVMs),spinal cord AVMs,intracranial and extracranial aneurysms,carotid cavernous fis-tulae,and hypervascular neoplasms underwent a total of 153 embolizations over a period of two years.The different techniques of the endovascular treatment were used,and a good effect could be attained.The therapeutic results showed that the accordingly endovascular embolizations should be selected based on the indication and vascular lesions,so it was beneficial to improving the successful rate of the endovascular embolization.
