摘要
为了降低高挠圆簧的工作应力和组合弹簧系统的水平方向刚度值 ,铁道机车车辆转向架二系弹簧悬挂系统采用并联高挠圆簧两端串联橡胶弹簧结构。基于经典弹簧水平方向刚度分析理论 ,建立了高挠圆簧和橡胶弹簧的力和力矩与线位移和角位移关系式 ,导出了并联高挠圆簧两端串联橡胶弹簧的水平方向刚度分析的直接计算方法 ,为此类系统设计提供了理论依据。
Based on classical spring lateral stiffness analysis theory, relationships between force, moment and linear, angular displacement of lexicoil spring and rubber spring are established. Direct calculation method of lateral stiffness for parallel flexicoil spring in series with rubber spring at both ends is also deducted.
