摘要
本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)、免疫印迹(immunoblotting)和A蛋白酶联免疫吸附试验(SPA-ELISA)对弓形虫RH株速殖子表膜进行了免疫化学研究,结果见到,膜组分较其他组分抗原用于血清学诊断具有更高的敏感性。分子量分别为30KD和6.5KD的膜蛋白为速殖子表膜主要抗原。它们在膜组分中含量甚微,但具有很强的免疫反应性,其中6.5KD抗原仅见于膜组分而未见于分泌排泄抗原中。
An immunochemistry study on the major surface antigens of T. gondii by SDS-PAGE, im-munoblotting, and SPA-ELISA methods was performed. The results showed that membrane components had higher sensitivity than other components of the organism when used for serodi- agnosis of toxoplasmosis. Two molecular weights of 30KD and 6- 5KD proteins, which exist in small amounts on the membrane of tachyzoites , are the major functional antigens of Toxoplasma since they have a strong immunological reactivity. The antigen of p6- 5 was only found in membrane fractions but not in the peritoneal fluids of RH strain-infected mice.
