摘要
目的 掌握抗抑郁药的使用现状,为临床合理用药和制订药物政策提供决策依据。方法 收集1999～2002年我院抗抑郁药的入库资料,采用DDD值、DDDs、每日药费等药物利用研究指标,对数据作统计、分析。结果我院抗抑郁药主要为:三环类、四环类、SSRI类及其他类。统计出抗抑郁药DDD值及每日药费,对历年抗抑郁药购药金额排序及DDDs进行排序,并计算出历年抗抑郁药购药金额及构成比和历年抗抑郁药DDDs及构成比。结论1999～2002年,抗抑郁药的总购药金额及总DDDs逐年快速递增。其中,三环类和四环类抗抑郁药总购药金额及总DDDs逐年递减,SSRI类抗抑郁药总DDDs逐年递增。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the utilization of antidepressants and recommend instruction for clinical medication and drug policy. METHODS Data of antidepressants from 1999-2002 were collected and analysed with the pharmacy investigation markers: DDD, DDDs, and daily cost. RESULTS The main antidepressants in the hospital included tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants, SSRI, and other antidepressants. We listed the DDD and daily cost, arranged the purchasing expenditure and DDDs, calculated the purchase and constituent ratio, total DDDs and constituent ratio for antidepressants in the four years. CONCLUSIONS From 1999-2002, the total purchase and DDDs of antidepressants increased steadily, the purchase and DDDs of tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants decreased, and the total DDDs of SSRI increased year by year.
