摘要
采用正交原理设计试验,逐步线性回归建立数学模型,优化方法寻找最佳参数,计算机绘图描述关系曲线等数学方法,对1Cr18Ni9热喷涂层在亚铵法蒸煮废液中的腐蚀特性进行了研究。得出:(1)此热喷涂层对亚铵法蒸煮废液具有较好的防护性能。(2)此热喷涂层受焊接热影响后不会降低体系的耐蚀性。(3)此热喷涂层与A3钢处于该腐蚀介质中,将构成电偶腐蚀。
The corrosion of 1Cr18Ni9 hot-sprayed coatings in ammonium sulfite solution is studied. Orthogonality experiments are conducted and a mathematical model is being proposed with the employment of progressive linear regression. Parameters are optimized and used for the computer-drawn relationship curves. Results obtained show that: (1)1Cr18Ni9 coatings exhibit relatively good resistance against ammonium sulfite waste liquor; (2)welding of the coating to the base substrate does not affect the anticorrosiveness of the coat ing itself. (3)similar to A3 steel, 1Cr18Ni9 coatings are subjected to electro-corrosion.
