摘要
用梯度磁场处理水稻种子,其抗旱性水稻幼苗高、根长、鲜重和活力比对照平均分别高7.4%、6.5%、8.5%和18.1%,而不抗旱品种则比对照平均分别高9.1%、1.6%、2.6%和6.5%。处理后的抗旱品种幼苗叶绿素a、b含量比对照分别低12.3%和10.3%,而叶绿素提取液在650nm和680nm处荧光强度则比对照高20%和21%。相反,处理后的不抗旱品种幼苗叶绿素a、b含量比对照分别高14.4%和16.4%,在650nm和680nm处荧光强度比对照低18.8%和12.6%。处理后的水稻种子浸泡液的光透射比对照高。
Treated rice seeds by terrace magnetic field, the seedling high, root length, seedling weight and vitality of the drought-resistant varieties are 7.4, 6.5, 8.5 and 18.1 percent higher respectively, and the not drought-defying varieties of the rice are 9.1, 1.6, 2.6 and 6.5 percent higher respectively than that of the untreated varieties. The content of the chlorophyll a and b in drought-resistant varieties treated is 12.3 and 10.3 percent lower, and the fluorescent intensity in extracted sloution at 650 and 680 nm is 20 and 21 percent higher compared with untreated, coversely, the not drought-resisant varieties treated is 14.4 and 16.4 percent higher, and the fluorescent intensity is 18.8 and 12.6 percent lower than that of the untreated varieties. The light proportion throughg soaked solution of the rice seeds after having been treated is higher.
