摘要
腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cy)以后大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物发生紊乱;血浆β-EP 浓度持续性增高;下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能及脾淋巴细胞免疫功能低下.固真方能纠正下丘脑单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物的紊乱,降低血浆β-EP 浓度,调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能.四君子汤对神经内分泌系统功能紊乱的调节作用不及同真方广泛。
The changes of monoamine neurotransmitters in hypothalamus,luteinizine hormone(LH),estrediol(E_2),testosterone(Ts)in serum,β-endorphin(β-EP)in plasma and the immunity oflymphocytes in spleen of rats injected by cyclophoshamidum(Cy)were observed.In the sametime we shudied the effects of Guzhen Fang(GZF)on the pathological changes caused by Cy.the results were as following:1.After the rats were injected by Cy,the contents of monoamineneurotransmitters in hypothalamus disordered,β-EP in plasma increaed greatly,the function ofhypothalamus-hypophsis-gonadal(HHG)axis and immunity of lymphocytes in spleen decreasedevidencely.2.GZF could correct above-mentioned disorders.3.Si Junzi Tang could also increasethe function of immunity as well as GZF.but the range of regulation of it on the neuroendocrinesystem is narrower than that of GZF.
