摘要
橡胶材料在受到一定载荷作用时,会产生很大的弹性变形,其力学特性表现为非线性。本文试用单向拉伸、双向拉伸试验结果应用Mooney—Rivlin理论来研究弹性体的力学特性。工业用橡胶由于加入各种填加剂,其性能与天然胶不同,本文提出了处理工业用橡胶材料常数的方法。
Large elastic deformation of rubber will be produced on load, and the
mechanical characteristics appears as nonlinear. In this paper, the
results of axial and biaxial tensile test are used to study the mech
anical characteristics of rubber by Mooney-Rivlin theory.
Industial rubber is mixed with some fillings, so the characteristics
differe nces between industrial and natural rubber are obviously. In
this paper, the method of determining material constant of industrial
rubber is given.
