摘要
本文对我院向地方开放(1984～1993)以来十年间出院病人疾病谱进行了整理、归纳和分析,得出如下结论:①十年间传染病收治比重逐年减少,呈下降趋势;②八十年代以前痢疾一直为我院收治的第一大病种,八十年代病毒性肝炎已替代痢疾,成为我院收治的第一大病种;③八十年代以后肝炎、伤寒、斑疹伤寒、流行性出血热的收治绝对数增加;④近十年较前十年传染病病毒和细菌病原间发病比重出现交叉;⑤近二十年来,消化道传染病平均占我院收治数的75％以上;⑥呼吸道传染病总趋势呈波浪式下降;⑦以病毒性肝炎为主的肝病收治数在增加并向慢性化、肝硬变、肝癌变迁。
We reviewed the disease spectra of the discharged patients with infectious disease (ID) from our hospital during the past 10 years (from 1984 to 1993). The results showed that (1) the oc-curence of ID decreased year by yean (2) the most frequent ID was bacillary dysentery before 1980s, but after 1980s, viral hepatitis, instead of bacillary dysentery, became the most popular ID; (3) the absolute number of the cases of viral hepatitis, typhoid fever, typhus, epidemic hemarrhagic fever increased after 1980s; (4) the occurrence rate between viral and baterial ID had the crossed phenomena in recent 10 years; (5) in recent 20 years, the ID of degestive tract accounted for above 75% of the ID patients treated by our hospital; (6)the ID of respiratory tract had the tendency of decreasing undulatingly; (7) the number of viral hepatitis increased, which tended to change to chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and cancer.
