摘要
本实验合成了以一般化学式ZnO·LK_2O·mP_2O_5·nH_2O表示的一系列碱式酸钾锌,研究了它们的防锈性能.浸盐水实验证实,当l、m、n在一定范围时,所得产物磷都有不同程度的防锈性能,其中尤以编号为24和210的防锈性能最佳.由x-ray相分析、DTA-TG及电子显微镜照相证实,210颜料是由大量ZnO、部分Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2O及微量未被JCPDS承认的含钾磷酸盐组成.由于该未知的活性物包覆在ZnO、Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2O表面,形成包核颜料,故210颜料有优于ZnO及Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2O的防锈性能.
A series of basic zinc potassium phosphate compound represented by the formula ZnO·1 K_2O·m P_2O_5·n H_2O have been synthes jzed and their anti-corrosive properties have been studied. Tests by immer sion in brine have confirmed that over thirty varieties out of those compounds with different ratios of 1, m and n have different degrees of anticorrosive properties,the best being the pigments numbered 24 and 210 Electron microsecope,DTA-TG and X-ray analyses have shown that the pigment numbered 210 consists of a large portion of ZnO, a small Portion of Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2 O and traces of potassium-containing phosphate not yet acknowledged by JCPDS. This unknown actixe sbstance coats the surface of ZnO、Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2O to from a coated core pigment,thereby giving an anti-corrosive property superio to ZnO and Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2O.
