摘要
目的 探讨微波和鼻腔填塞治疗严重鼻出血的优缺点.方法自1996年7月至1998年6月用微波治疗严重鼻出血106例,同期用鼻腔填塞法治疗严重鼻出血53例,比较两者的疗效.结果 微波和鼻腔填塞在治疗鼻出血的疗效上无显著性差异.结论 微波治疗和鼻腔填塞的疗效相当.微波治疗更经济、迅速,病人痛苦少;鼻腔填塞法则对于剧烈的后鼻孔出血或出血部位不明时疗效较确切.
[Abstract] Objective To analyse the difference of the curative effects of treating severe epistaxis between microwave therapy and nasal tamponade. Methods From July 1996 to June 1998, 106 and 53 patients with severe epistaxis were treated by microwave and nasal packing respectively .Results There was not marked difference of curative effects between microwave therapy and nasal temponade. Conclusion Microwave therapy is equivalent to nasal temponade in treating nasal hemorrhage. The former is more covenient, more economical, less sufferings, and the latter is better in treating severe posterior nasal hemorrhage and epistaxis unknown bleeding position.
