摘要
对15例住院的新生儿窒息患儿进行磁共振成像(MRI)颅脑扫描,其中12例确诊为颅脑损伤(占80%).14例存活儿中9例在6月龄来院复查:MRI异常4例(44.4%),其中3例临床有神经系统发育异常(33.3%),说明MRI适用于“新生儿窒息颅脑损伤”的早期诊断.
15 cases of neonatal asphyxia were studied by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Head injury was diagnosed in 12 of the cases (80%). 9 survived infants were followed up at 6 months,of these 4 had abnormal (44. 4%),3 had major handicaps (33. 3%) MRI suitable for early dliagnosis of head injury of neonatal asphyxia .
