摘要
难治性感染性疾病常采用抗菌药物联合治疗。本文根据棋盘法设计,应用微量稀释法研究了氟喹诺酮类药物氧氟沙星(Ofloxacin,OFLX)与酰脲类青霉素哌拉西林(Piperac-illin,PIPC)的体外联合抗菌活性,结果表明两药联合应用后,对临床常见致病菌的MIC值明显下降,且FIC指数多在0.5左右,显示协同作用,协同作用比率为50~77.7%(变形杆菌属除外),尤其对PIPC与OFLX耐药的阴沟肠杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、绿脓杆菌、克雷 伯氏菌属的协同作用更为明显,但对变形杆菌属单一用药即有较强的杀菌活性,故不必采用联合方案,总之,本实验提示PIPC与OFLX联合应用可能对临床大多数常见致病菌引起的感染呈现一定的协同抗菌效应。
Combined therapy is frequently needed for the treatment of serious infections. The combined antibacterial activity of Piperacillin plus Ofloxacin was studied by checkboard and microdiluted method. The results showed that MICs of combination of the two drugs to microorganisms tested decreased greatly and most of FIC index was 0.5. It is suggested the combinated antibacterial activity of the two drugs was synerg-itic, especially to some resistant strains of E. coli, K. spp, Ps. aerugi-nosa and E. cloacea. No antagonism but a few indifferent were observed. In summary,the combination of Piperacillin plus Ofloxacin may be an effective schedule and would have a significant clinical outcome in treating serious infection.
