A prospective comparison of nailfold microoirculation before and after bee--sting was car ried out in 36 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The result showed that clear degree of capillary loops befroe and after treatment had significant difference (P<0.05). All the arterial limb, the venous limb, aplical, aggregation of erythrocytes, blood flow velocity and exudate showed much more significant difference (P<0. 005). The total integral showed significant difference (P<0. 01). The experiment demonstrated that therapy of bee-sting could accelerate blood flow velocity, improve aggregation of erythrocytes, increase opening of microvasculature, promote absorption of exudate and hemorrhage, therefore, abnormal state of arterial limb venous limb and microthrombus was improved.
