摘要
本文研究了高粘度流延浆料在流延过程中流延出坯片厚度与流延速度、浆料粘度的关系及该浆料的干燥条件对坯片质量的影响。
High viscosity AI_2O_3slurry was used for tape casting and the slurry behavior was in- vestigated. According to our experiment the tape casting velocity has less influence on the thickness of green tape, whereas the slurry viscosity variation has great contribution to green tape thickness. The drying temperature and its distribution was the key factor for tape quality, controlling.
