釉组成和结构对Nd_2O_3-SiO_2系颜料在釉中呈色的影响

摘要 研究了基础釉组成对Nd_2O_3-SiO2系颜料在中温釉中呈色的影响。用扫描透射电镜详细研究了几个典型试样的结构。研究结果表明它们具有分相结构。用瑞利散射理论论述了色釉分相结构对呈色的影响,并推断色釉的呈色是含Nd^(3+)离子的孤立相小滴,和釉中晶体对可见光的选择性吸收及散射综合作用的结果。 The effect of basic composition on the colouring in the medium temperature glaze of Nd_2O_3-SiO_2system pigment was studied: The structure of several typical samples were studied in detail by scanning-tran-smission electron microscope (STEM). The research results show that there is a phase-separation structure on the coloured glaze. The effect of a phase-separature struc- ture on coloured glaze on colouring is explained, fased on Rayleigh scattering theory, and it is infer- red that the colour produced in coloured glaze is due to the combined effect of the discrete phase droplets containing Nd^(3+)ions and crystals in the glaze on the selective absorption and scattering of visible light waves.
