70例猝死患者中 ,心脏性猝死 48例 (6 8.6 % ) ,以冠心病最多 ,为 2 8例 ,多为老年前期者 ;非心脏性猝死 2 2例 (31.4% ) ,其中急性出血坏死性胰腺炎 14例 ,居第
sudden death cases were presented in this paper.Most of them were at the age of 50～60.Of them,48 died from heart diseases including 28 cases of coronary cardiovascular diseases,and 14 cases died of acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis.The remaining 8 victims were due to other causes.Resuscitation-associated problems were discussed.
