摘要
于1990年1月～1992年12月,对143对反复自然流产夫妇进行病因学研究。结果显示:女性生殖器异常41例,占28.7%;内分泌功能异常29例,占20.3%;染色体异常7例,占4.9%;母儿ABO 型血型不合22例,占15.4%;抗精子抗体阳性40例,占28.0%;夫妇间人类白细胞抗原不相容4例,占2.8%。
143 cases of repeated self-abortion women have been investigated from January 1991 to De-cember 1992.The results show that,of all cases,abnormality of female sexnal organs accounts for41(29%),abnormality of endocrine function 29(20%),abnormality of chromosome 7(4.9%),ABO maternal and foetal incompatibility 22(15.3%),anti-sperm antibody positive 40(28%)and HLA husband-wife incompatibility 4(2.8%).
