摘要
本文对碳纤维增强环氧/铝层间混杂复合材料(CALL)进行了不同应变率下的动态力学性能测试,分析了不同应变率和界面性能的改善对混杂效应的影响。实验发现:在所有应变率下,CALL材料都存在明显的正混杂效应。在准静态试验中,应力—应变曲线上没有明显的屈服点,基本呈现脆性断裂,而在动态试验时存在一个明显的屈服点,呈现脆韧性断裂,动态失稳应变是准静态的3~4倍,并讨论了其破坏机理。此外,将固化时体积不收缩的共聚环氧树脂(CCVC)引入CALL的界面层,发现界面性能的改善提高了CALL的性能。
Dynamic mechanical experiments of CALL at different strain rates were carried out. And the effect of both strain rate and interracial properties on the hybrid effect of CALL was investigated. The resuits show that hybrid effect in CALL obviously exists. In the quasi-static tensile experiments, there is no yielding point in the σ~ε curves. But in the tensile-impact experiments, there is a clear yielding point and the dynamic unstable strain is higher than the quasi-static unstable strain. Hence CALL is regarded as low speed brittle and high speed brittle-ductile. In addition, by using CCVC as interfacial layer, both interfacial properties and performance of CALL have been improved.
