摘要
本文阐述了在市场经济形势下 ,地方高校学报面临着严峻的挑战 ,分析了影响学报质量的原因 ,并提出了提高学报质量的对策。
This paper expounded the challenges of the journals of domestic colleges and universities,analysed the reasons that would inflence the quality,and put forward the relative measures for promoting the journals.
